Refunds and Returns Policy

Herbal Groups returns may be accepted only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  1. The product was purchased directly through our website HerbalGroups.com.
  2. All unfinished or unopened bottles must be returned to Herbal Groups, Inc.
  3. The Order number received when purchase was made on HerbalGroups.com must be provided.
  4. All purchased products must be received within 60 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after this time period at:

If you need to make a return, please email us at support@herbalgroups.com with order number and date of purchase before sending the merchandise back.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. There are no exceptions to this policy. If the original purchase method is not available, store credit will be issued. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Herbal Groups, Inc. will ship within 24 business hours of order placement. All of our product comes shipped in discreet packaging via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.
